Poate nu mai \u0219tii exact ce \u00ee\u021bi place. Poate nu mai sim\u021bi bucurie real\u0103 \u00een lucrurile pentru care alergi. Poate jobul nu te mai \u00eempline\u0219te, rela\u021biile nu te mai hr\u0103nesc, iar tu ajungi constant pe ultimul loc \u00een propria via\u021b\u0103. C\u00e2nd se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 asta, de multe ori nu e pentru c\u0103 \u201enu \u0219tii\u201d sau \u201enu vrei\u201d, ci pentru c\u0103 ai intrat \u00eentr-un tipar de auto-abandon care, \u00eencet-\u00eencet, a devenit normal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"first:mt-1.5!\">A te pune din nou pe primul loc nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 egoism. \u00censeamn\u0103 s\u0103 nu te mai ignori. \u00censeamn\u0103 s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi asumi c\u0103 nevoile tale, dorin\u021bele tale \u0219i adev\u0103rul t\u0103u conteaz\u0103. Nu ca s\u0103 le pui peste ale altora, ci ca s\u0103 le a\u0219ezi l\u00e2ng\u0103 ale altora, cu demnitate \u0219i sinceritate.<\/p>\n<h3>Cum arat\u0103 auto-abandonul (de\u0219i la exterior pari \u201eok\u201d)<\/h3>\n<p class=\"first:mt-1.5!\">Auto-abandonul nu arat\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna dramatic.
