After confirming the order and sending it, the customer will receive an e-mail or SMS containing the number of the transport document (AWB) to verify the transport status, the value of the Order, the method of payment, in the case of physical products. In the case of virtual products, after confirming the payment with the online card, the customer will receive an e-mail download link.

SAB Remote Services SRL will fulfill its contractual obligations within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which it communicated to the CUSTOMER the confirmation message regarding the ORDER. In case the CONTRACT cannot be executed due to the fact that the PRODUCT is not available, SAB Remote Services SRL will inform the CUSTOMER about this situation.

SAB Remote Services SRL may deliver to the CUSTOMER a similar product with the same price, in case the initially requested PRODUCT is not available, only after informing and with the CUSTOMER’s consent.

The PRODUCT will be delivered to the CUSTOMER through the express courier services with which our company collaborates according to the CUSTOMER’s option.

After signing the delivery documents, the BUYER acquires physical possession of the ordered PRODUCTS. From this moment, the BUYER takes all the risks on the PRODUCTS, respectively the risk of loss or damage.

If the BUYER is not personally available, he may designate a third party to take over the PRODUCTS on his behalf. The BUYER ‘s representative must be a person with the necessary legal capacity, respectively must have reached the age of 18, in order to be able to receive, on behalf of the BUYER, the PRODUCTS.


The price, payment method and payment term are specified in each ORDER SAB Remote Services SRL will issue to the CUSTOMER an invoice for the PRODUCTS and services to be delivered, the CUSTOMER’s obligation being to provide all the information necessary to issue the invoice according to the legislation in force.

Payments are made only in the national currency – leu / lei.

SAB Remote Services SRL will deliver the PRODUCTS within the terms mentioned on the ONLINE STORE for the ordered PRODUCT, on the date of generating the ORDER or within 30 days from the date on which the CUSTOMER generated the ORDER, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.

In case of non-performance of the CONTRACT due to the fact that the PRODUCT or service is / is no longer available, the COMPANY will inform the CUSTOMER about this unavailability, following that the amounts paid by the CUSTOMER for the unavailable PRODUCT or service will be reimbursed within maximum 14 days.

If the delivery deadlines cannot be met, SAB Remote Services SRL will notify the CUSTOMER regarding the estimated deadline for completion of the delivery.

If SAB Remote Services SRL receives erroneous information regarding the invoicing or delivery of the PRODUCTS, SAB Remote Services SRL may refuse to honor the delivery, without this being considered a breach of the CONTRACT, or may set a new deadline for fulfilling the order.

The products sold by Laura Barbulescu can be delivered on the entire territory of Romania, using the delivery method and term chosen by you when placing the order. Once the package is shipped, you will receive a notification email about the new order status.


All orders placed from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 12:00 are shipped the same day, except for public holidays and Black Friday promotion periods.

Orders placed after 12:00, on Saturdays and Sundays or on days off by law will be operated and shipped the next business day.

In the case of several orders placed on the same account, we need a telephone confirmation to be able to ship the packages.

In rare cases (high-impact promotions, Black Friday, unforeseen events) order processing may take longer due to the large volume of packages. However, the processing of confirmed orders cannot exceed 10 days.

Processing of orders that include PRODUCTS whose stock has been incorrectly reported by our ecommerce platform or those placed by users who could not be contacted by our company’s sales advisors will be delayed until the situation is resolved.


The transport of the products ordered on is done through the companies that offer fast courier services, partners such as Sameday, Urgent-Cargus, Fan Courier, GLS.

The delivery time is generally a maximum of 2 days from the moment the package is sent to the localities within the coverage area of ​​the partner courier company and a maximum of 7 days for the localities that are not within the coverage area. These terms may be exceeded in certain cases such as promotional periods (Black Friday, Christmas Discounts, Easter Campaigns, etc.) or periods when the roads are impassable (floods, heavy snowfalls, etc.).
Delivery of parcels on Saturday is possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Your package is stored for delivery for a maximum of 5 days by the Express Courier. If you do not pick up the package within this time, it will be returned to our company.

If you have two orders with the status „Pending” and identical delivery / shipping dates, the two orders will be cumulated / merged from our system. The first order is automatically canceled, and the products in the first order are added to the second order.

As a restrictive measure for CUSTOMERS who do not pick up the ordered PRODUCTS, we reserve the right not to ship new orders without their full payment in advance.

In case the CUSTOMERS who have non-pick-up orders want to order products with payment in the refund system, they will have to pay in advance the value of the next order plus the round-trip transport for the previously non-pick-up order in the amount of 24 lei. The cash on delivery option will then be available again upon completion of orders.

The following aspect refers only to natural persons according to the legislation in force.
According to Ordinance no. 34/2014, regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, the products are returned within 14 calendar days, from the receipt of the package. In the situation mentioned above, the CUSTOMER has the right to return any product within 14 calendar days of its receipt and may request a refund, exchange with another product or a refund in the form of a voucher. In such cases, the cash value returned, the product replaced or the return of the value in the form of a voucher, strictly refers to the cost of the products, excluding shipping charges.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product and the shipping costs for the returned product.

If you opt for:

Replacement with another product will be shipped as soon as possible (as long as it is available in stock).
Reimbursement of the value of the product will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt by Sab Remote Services SRL of the package with the returned products.
The return of the equivalent value in the form of a voucher, which you can use in a future order, will be made within a maximum of 5 days from the receipt by SAB Remote Services SRL of the package with the returned products.
On return, only products that comply exactly with the form in which they were delivered are accepted, accompanied by the purchase invoice.

No return:

  • Products that have been tested / used
  • Products that do not have labels intact, have seals broken or erased
  • Products not accompanied by documents proving the purchase (invoice or tax receipt)
  • Products with damaged packaging in any way

These measures are specific to cosmetic products marked with the PAO symbol as their shelf life is calculated from the first opening of the package, and with their use / testing there is a risk of transmitting viruses by transferring the product to another person.

Pack the product properly so that it is protected from shocks that may occur during transport. Products that return improperly due to improper packaging will not be able to benefit from a return guarantee.

After receiving the package, you will be contacted by a member of the Customer Relations department who will take care of the return of your product.

Careful! The responsibility for the integrity of the product during transport for return is the sole responsibility of the customer. Products damaged during transport that have not been properly packaged during shipment will not be accepted for return. If the product does not comply exactly with the conditions mentioned above, our company reserves the right not to accept the return of the products. The value of round-trip transportation falls on the customer.
